Tobishima Corp is a Japan-based construction company. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates in two business segments. The Construction segment is engaged in diversified construction business, including civil business, such as dams, roads, railways, harbors, airports, energy and power generation facilities, water and sewerage facilities, and building business, such as offices, medical facilities, education and research facilities, cultural facilities, among others, as well as the sale of construction machinery and materials. The Development and Others segment is involved in the development, sale and leasing of real estate, as well as the provision of insurance agency services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had two consolidated subsidiaries.
