Fredrik Bergljung

Fredrik Bergljung has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fredrik started their career as a programmer at Stockholm Interactive in 1999 and worked there until 2005. Fredrik then joined Atex Polopoly as a Solution Architect and later became a Systems Architect Polopoly. From 2011 to 2016, Fredrik worked at Valtech Sweden as a Technical Consultant and later as a Consultant Manager, responsible for organizing work in an agile fashion and providing feedback to developers and clients. Following this, they worked as a Management Consultant at Playground Consulting AB from 2016 to 2017. Fredrik then joined Bonnier News as an Utvecklingscoach, where they developed methods for tracking organizational strategies and goals, supported managers in implementing organizational changes, and coached leaders and teams. Fredrik subsequently joined Bonnier News Tech as a Senior Advisor and Head of Organizational Development, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Fredrik is working as an Engineering Manager at Toca Boca, starting in September 2021.

Fredrik Bergljung completed their Master's Degree in Philosophy from Lund University from 1993 to 1996. Fredrik then pursued another Master's degree in Philosophy from Stockholm University from 1999 to 2003. In 1997 to 1999, they studied Swedish Language and Literature at the University of Gothenburg.

In 2014, Fredrik obtained a certification as a Predicative Index (PI) analyst from PI Worldwide. Fredrik also attended a course on Human Resources Development at Predictio in the same year.

Additionally, in 2012, they completed a course in Organizational Leadership at Linen Ledarskap. In 2015, they attended a course called Tuff Ledarskap, but no specific field of study was mentioned.
