In 2015, Ricardo founded CloudDev Brasil, where they served as the Founder, Project Manager, and Head of Development. Ricardo Dantas was responsible for prospecting new customers, leading remote teams, and planning roadmaps and requirements for web and mobile applications.

Following this, Ricardo joined Revelry in 2016 as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained web applications for the company's clients. Ricardo Dantas worked with various technologies such as Laravel, Spark, Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, React/Redux/ES6, NodeJs, PostgreSQL, and Elastic Search.

In 2017, Ricardo joined Accenture as a Software Developer Specialist. Ricardo Dantas'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining custom web applications for Accenture's business and integrating legacy systems with modern web applications. Ricardo Dantas worked with technologies like Scrum, Kanban, SCSS, NodeJs, Angular, TypeScript, Elastic Search, DynamoDB, Serverless, Microservices, and Redshift.

After that, Ricardo worked at Relatable as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Ricardo Dantas maintained a social media marketing influencer platform and developed new features for the back-end and front-end. Ricardo Dantas'stasks included maintaining and developing features for a prediction algorithm for YouTube videos, a digital signing system, a mobile web app for end-users, and an internal administration system. Ricardo Dantas used technologies like Scrum, Kanban, NodeJs, React, GraphQL, Microservices, AWS Lambda functions, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

In 2020, Ricardo had multiple roles at different companies. Ricardo Dantas worked at Grace Health as a Back-End Developer, where they were involved in developing the backend API for the company's native Android app. At Estrid, they worked as a Back-End Developer, and at Avensia, they worked as a Full Stack Developer.

Since 2020, Ricardo has been working at DYNAMO Consulting as a Senior Full Stack Developer. Ricardo Dantas has acted as a consultant for various industries, including Grace Health, where they introduced an e-commerce feature and migrated databases to a new cloud provider.

In 2021, Ricardo joined Shortcut Sweden as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where they worked until 2022.

Currently, Ricardo is working at Toca Boca as a Senior Full Stack Developer, starting from June 2022.

Ricardo Dantas Gonçalves obtained a Post Graduation degree in MBA em Empreendedorismo Tecnológico com ênfase em T.I. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a 3-year degree in Tecnologia em Sistemas de Informação from Faculdade de Tecnologia Opet, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo has also obtained certifications such as VTEX Interface Developer from VTEX - the True Cloud Commerce Platform in June 2013, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2018.
