Thomaz Martins

Thomaz Martins has a wide range of work experience in the animation industry. Thomaz began their career as an intern animator at Fepese in 2011 and later worked as an animator at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2013 to 2015. Thomaz then joined Belli Studio in 2012, where they held various roles including character animator, animation director, and line producer until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Thomaz worked at Up! Content Co. as both a content director and animation director. During this time, they gained valuable experience leading and directing animation projects.

More recently, Thomaz has held positions at Alopra Studio, Split Studio, and Titmouse, where they worked as an animator and clean-up & color artist. Currently, they are employed at Toca Boca as an animator.

Thomaz Martins completed their Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Technical certification in Motion Design & VFX from Data 3D, which was completed from 2011 to 2012. Thomaz has also earned several additional certifications, including "Storyboard e Narrativa Visual" from Storia in November 2021, "[Plot +] Oficina de Storyboard com Laurent Cardon" from Sympla in April 2017, "Curso Pitch! - Como vender seus projetos para Decision Makers" from Vilaj Coworking in April 2014, "Motion Design & VFX" from Data 3D in March 2012, "Modelagem 3D" from Van Marc Motion Design in October 2010, and "Ilustração e Tratamento de Imagem" from Senac Santa Catarina in May 2009.
