Rudy Sugueti

Rudy Sugueti is an accomplished leader in the foodservice industry, currently serving as President of Tocaya Modern Mexican since November 2022 and as a Board Member at Prosper Company since September 2023. Previously, Rudy held the position of COO at One Table Restaurant Brands from August 2021 to November 2022 and served as COO at Tocaya Organica from May 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes founding advisory council membership at Global Foodservice Hospitality Exchange from January 2019 to February 2022 and a long tenure at California Pizza Kitchen as Sr. Vice President of Global Development and Operations until March 2019. Rudy has also contributed to the Global Restaurant Leadership Conference as an Advisory Council Member from February 2015 to September 2018.
