Mike Tripp

Mike Tripp is a professional with extensive experience in customer implementation and data management. Currently serving as a Specialist in Imports & Insights at Tock since May 2020, Mike takes charge of the import process, ensuring data accuracy and managing client interactions. Previously, Mike worked at Cision as a Customer Implementation Advocate, successfully onboarding over 400 clients and resolving numerous issues. Earlier roles include Sales Development Representative at HighGround and various positions at Groupon and Campus Special, showcasing strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and training. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Information Systems from the University of Vermont.
