Su-Hyeon Emery

Su-Hyeon Emery is an experienced analyst with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as an Analyst and previously an Associate Analyst in Imports & Insights at Tock since March 2022, Su-Hyeon specializes in importing data from various booking software. Prior to this role, Su-Hyeon worked at All Day Kitchens as a Training | Operations Associate, where operations were optimized for virtual kitchens, and also served as Kitchen Manager. With extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including positions at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Sage Restaurant Group, Su-Hyeon has demonstrated skills in managing customer relations, event coordination, and team leadership. Su-Hyeon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Theatre from Wesleyan College.
