Michelle Plum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2015, they worked as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist F-16 (C/D) for the Israeli Air Force until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Command and Control Center member at the Israel Diamond Exchange (ISDE). In 2021, Michelle joined Leading Business Network as a Front-End Developer before transitioning to a new role as a Co-Founder & CPO, as well as a Software Engineer, at Tocon.io in 2022.
Michelle Plum received their Practical degree in Software Engineering from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Pre-Academic Program at Bar-Ilan University from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Full-Stack Development from John Bryce in June 2021.

Tocon application is meant to be the infrastructure between Blockchain and Web3 Features to every physical utility. The system automatically connects the smart-contract of the owner to tocon's utility management and token authentication infrastructures. After a quick setup made by the partner, every user authorized for physical utility usage(holders), can scan or be scanned at a physical station that can be created by the partner with ease (part of the setup), and utilized their asset holdings at the physical space.
