Vacant has a long history of working in customer service and training positions. They began their career as the Managing Director of Beyond Intelligence Training Centre Sdn Bhd in 2011. In this position, they oversaw the operations of the company and ensured that the team provided quality customer service. They left this position in 2017 to become the Chief Operating Officer of Alchemist Training Academy Sdn Bhd. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and led a team of customer service representatives.
