The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show, from 6am – 9am: Welcome to today, this is your captain speaking. With Iano at the helm, the Breakfast Show brings you up to speed on everything. Lunchtime, from 12pm – 2pm: All the music you love for your lunchtime.
