Todd M. Machnik is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and law. Since May 2003, Todd has served as the President, General Counsel, and Director of Operations at Today REAL ESTATE, a residential real estate company based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where responsibilities include overseeing company operations and providing legal guidance to sales associates and management. Prior to this role, Todd worked as an Associate Attorney at Gilmore, Rees & Carlson, P.C. from December 1998 to May 2003, and gained valuable experience as a Trial Preparation Assistant at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from June 1994 to June 1995. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Williams College and a Doctor of Law from Suffolk University Law School.
