Michael Henderson

Michael W. Henderson has extensive experience in the energy sector, having served as the President and recently retired EVP & CFO of Today's Power, Inc. and Arkansas Electric Cooperatives since 1984. In the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Henderson was responsible for finance, accounting, and administrative services, contributing to the strategic planning for cost-effective electric service delivery to enhance the lives of rural Arkansans. Prior to these roles, Henderson worked as a Utility Auditor for the Arkansas Public Service Commission and as an Internal Auditor for Associated Natural Gas Company. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University and completed coursework at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2012.
