Dana Strauss

Dana Strauss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dana is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at TodayTix Group (TTG) since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at American Express as the Chief of Staff, Colleague Strategic Partner Group (HR Group) from April 2021 to September 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Dana served as a Senior Recruiter at Resy, American Express Global Dining Network. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end, in-house recruiting and successfully hired over 130 employees across various departments. Dana also acted as a liaison between the Resy team and American Express stakeholders, facilitated communication and assisted with technology updates. Additionally, Dana played a key role in launching Resy's second office in Charleston, SC.

Prior to Resy, Dana worked at Curalate as a Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2016 to February 2018. Dana managed full life cycle recruiting for various positions and maintained a strong relationship with candidates throughout the interview process.

Before Curalate, Dana held multiple roles at Birchbox from 2012 to 2016, including Associate Merchant, Skincare and Body Team, Merchandising Associate, and Customer Operations Associate.

Their earlier work experience includes working at Crozier Fine Arts as an Assistant Project Coordinator from September 2010 to November 2012, at University of Maryland's Memorial Chapel as a Senior Event Manager from August 2007 to August 2010, and at DonorsChoose as a Vendor Relation Intern for a short period in May and June 2009.

Dana Strauss obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland, where they studied English Language and Literature as well as Art History. This educational pursuit took place between the years 2006 and 2010.
