Renée M.

Renée M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Renée started their career as a Ticketing Centre Assistant at Ambassador Theatre Group in 2014. Renée then worked as a Flexi Executive at TodayTix Group (TTG) from 2016 to 2020, where they handled B2B relationships with Box Office venues and Digital partners, as well as assisting with Customer Care Sales and Aftersales queries. In 2020, Renée co-founded COARSEN STUDIO, where they served as a Co-Founder & Producer, managing complex projects and engaging in creative research and content creation. Renée then returned to TTG in 2021, first working as an Aftersales Executive and later becoming a Customer Care Team Leader (UK), managing escalated complaint handling and fraud and chargeback reporting. Currently, Renée holds the position of Social Media Coordinator at TTG, starting in 2023.

Renée M. started their education in 2015 when they attended the University of East London. Renée pursued a Foundation degree in Art & Design and completed it in 2016. Building upon their foundation, they then enrolled in the University of East London again in 2016 and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design. Renée successfully completed their degree in 2020.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Renée M. obtained several certifications in the field of cybersecurity. In July 2019, they completed the Core Cyber Security Awareness, Fraud and Scam Prevention, and MOTO Payment Security certifications from Blackfoot Cybersecurity.
