John S. Poole

John is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and was a co-founder of Veredus Asset Management. Prior to helping form Veredus Asset Management in 1998, John was Vice President of Business Development for SMC Capital from 1994 to 1998. From 1983 to 1994 he was Director of Marketing at Humana, Inc. John holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. John is past president of Bridgehaven, a United Way Agency, and current Vice-President of the Louisville Chapter of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
