Fiona Chan

Fiona Chan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate management, treasury, and sustainability. Currently serving as Group Manager Corporate and Sustainability at Todd Corporation since January 2022, Fiona oversees treasury, tax, insurance, and sustainable development initiatives. Previous roles include Group Manager Treasury, Tax, and Insurance at Habit Group, Chief Financial Officer at Z Energy NZ, and Principal Portfolio Manager at New Zealand Treasury. Fiona's career also includes significant positions at Anglo American, where duties encompassed CFO of Commercial Hubs and Head of Capital Management, as well as earlier roles in treasury consultancy at KPMG and Cadbury Schweppes. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honours in Accounting and Finance from Victoria University of Wellington and has completed courses at INSEAD and the University of Cambridge, along with the Company Directors Course from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
