Vivian Rong

Vivian Rong is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Sharepoint & M365 Specialist and previously held positions as an Information Technology Operations Engineer and Junior Desktop Engineer at Todd Corporation since September 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Service Desk Engineer at Westbourne I.T. Global Services from September 2017 to September 2019, providing IT support to a large enterprise, managing tickets, and training new employees. Vivian also worked as an IT Support Engineer at China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited, where responsibilities included user management and application updates.
