Luis Javier Sierra Ceballos is an experienced professional in commercial management and government affairs. Currently serving as Gerente Comercial Latinoamérica y Caribe at Tododren since January 2022, Luis focuses on the growth and development of the distribution network for PVC and HDPE pipes across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously held positions include Gerente Comercial Zona Norte-Occidente at Tododren, Director at DARWIN Lobbying and Consulting Services, and Director Comercial Sector Gobierno at Totaltech. With a solid background in energy market negotiations and government resources management, Luis has demonstrated expertise in both B2B sales channels and strategic risk analysis. Luis holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad de Monterrey and a High School Diploma from Shikellamy High School.
