Rodrigo Tonso

Rodrigo Tonso began their work experience as a Volunteer Coordinator at the Food Bank of La Plata from August 2016 to November 2017. Rodrigo then worked as a Full Stack Developer at Tisico S.A. from November 2017 to August 2020, where they developed a web system for YPF and performed maintenance and improvements to the company's web system and servers. After that, Tonso served as a Full-Stack Developer at Colppy from July 2020 to February 2021, fulfilling tasks and optimizing containers. From February 2021 to January 2022, they worked as a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead at UBA IALAB, where they led teams, implemented Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and planned work in advance. Tonso then served as an Independent Mentor and Trainer at Alkemy & Siglo XXI from March 2022 to June 2023, teaching React and other topics. Currently, at TodosGamers, Tonso is the CTO, leading key projects and implementing actions that reduce costs and increase profits. Rodrigo also focuses on churn reduction through artificial intelligence and predictive modeling. As the Tech Lead, they have stabilized the development process, reduced loading times, and achieved long-term development roadmaps.

Rodrigo Tonso attended UNLP from 2010 to 2018, where they studied Ingeniería Industrial. Rodrigo also studied at Universidad Nacional de La Plata during the same period, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
