Diego Della Valle

Diego Della Valle is the current Chairman at Tod's Group. Prior to their current position, they worked at Ralph Lauren from October 2014 to May 2016 as a Supervisor. In this position, they worked with employees to establish suitable goals, action plans and time lines. Diego delegated and provided ongoing guidance and support to the working team. Diego provided a climate for motivation and created a supportive working relationship.

Diego Della Valle studied finance and risk management at the University of Brescia, where they earned their degree in economics. Diego then pursued a career in banking and finance, again specializing in economics, at Università degli Studi di Brescia.
