Jian Zhang

Jian Zhang started their work experience in 2013, with internships at Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co. Ltd, where they worked on manufacturing automobile components and simulated vibration control. They also interned at WISDRI Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited.

In 2015, Jian Zhang joined Rogue Wave Software as an OSS Research Intern, where they collected and transformed Open-Source Software data, wrote scripts for auditing efficiency, and created an Email sender for CVE update notifications.

In 2017, Jian Zhang became a Software Engineer at IBM, where they worked on the Products Discovery team, building navigation and search pages for IBM.com.

From 2020 to 2023, Jian Zhang worked as a Software Engineer at F5 Networks, before joining Todyl in 2023 as a Software Engineer.

Jian Zhang completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Wuhan University of Technology from 2010 to 2014. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, Zhang pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition to formal education, Zhang obtained several certifications, including PHP Fundamentals I from Zend Technologies in August 2016, An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python and Java Language Programming from Coursera in August 2015, and LabView Certified Associate Developer from National Instruments in April 2015.
