Phillip Toews serves as the President and CEO of Toews, an RIA and tactical asset management firm established in December 1994, specializing in risk-adjusted portfolio management with over 20 years of industry expertise. Prior to this, Phillip Toews worked in portfolio management at Dorset Financial Services from May 1989 to November 1994, contributing to the development of a tactical money management strategy aimed at providing reduced risk in equities during market downturns. Phillip Toews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Bethel College, attained between 1982 and 1986.
