We’re building a concept that takes 2,000+ years of tofu tradition across Asia and reimagines it for modern Australia:

Fresh tofu made in-house daily from organic Australian-grown soybeans

Customisable savoury and sweet tofu bowls, burgers, sides and drinks

Healthy, protein-rich, mostly gluten-free and built for both grab-and-go and delivery

Right now we're in the pre-launch phase: testing the menu, modelling the unit economics, scouting our first Sydney site and exploring a founding-customer campaign to prove demand before we open the doors.
