James Aspinall

James Aspinall is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and development. Currently serving as Development Manager at TOGA since February 2014, James has managed significant projects such as Surry Hills Village in Redfern. Previously, James held various roles at TOGA, including Assistant Development Manager and Site Engineer, contributing to completed projects like One Twenty Macquarie and Harbourfront, a mixed-use development finished in December 2017. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Contracts Administrator and Project Coordinator for Central Square in West Ryde. James began a professional journey in construction with an Undergraduate Rotation Program at Mainbrace Constructions (NSW) Pty Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a brief study in Environmental Science at the University of East Anglia.
