Esme Norman

Esme Norman is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in sales operations and team management. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Togather since July 2022, Esme has successfully led the implementation of Salesforce and serves as the principal Salesforce administrator while automating processes across various tools. Prior to this role, Esme was a Sales Operations Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com from May 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included fleet management, strengthening driver safety protocols, and facilitating communication between teams, alongside arranging conferences and events.
