Yonatan Oren

Yonatan Oren is a Senior Researcher at Together AI since December 2023. Prior to this, Yonatan was a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University in the NLP Group, where Yonatan worked on developing statistical methods for studying memorization in large language models. Yonatan has also worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher in the Stanford Statistical Machine Learning Group and has experience as an engineering intern at Ozlo Inc. and Flipboard. Yonatan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Stanford University.
