Lee McNeil has been working in the field of workforce development for over 40 years. Lee began their career as a Workforce Development Specialist with the US Department of Labor in 1972. In this role, they helped connect workers with training and employment opportunities. Lee also served as a Federal Project Officer, overseeing the administration of federal grants. Lee retired from the Department of Labor in 2006.
In 2007, Lee began working as an Administration Assistant with the State of Colorado. Lee helped with the administration of state programs and services. Lee retired from this position in 2013.
Lee is now the President of Together Colorado, an organization that helps Coloradans connect with resources and opportunities to improve their lives.
