Ritika Ravichandar

Ritika Ravichandar has a diverse work experience background. In 2022, they joined Together Credit Union as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked at American Enterprise Group, Inc. where they started as a Human Resources Intern in 2021 and then again in 2022. During their time at American Enterprise Group, Inc., they were responsible for various tasks such as standardizing and updating job descriptions, recruiting candidates, and editing the company handbook. Before that, they had a role as an A&S English Department Office Assistant at Drake University from 2020 to 2022. Overall, Ritika has gained valuable experience in the field of human resources and has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills.

Ritika Ravichandar completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Drake University, between the years 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Parkway Central High School from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research from the CITI Program in September 2020.
