Andy Jakubowski

Andy Jakubowski has a diverse work experience starting with their current position as a Release Train Engineer at Together - loans, mortgages & finance since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Manager from December 2021 to February 2023 and as a Project Manager from July 2021 to December 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Together - loans, mortgages & finance, Andy worked at Kalibrate as a Project Manager from February 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they successfully managed software implementation and upgrade projects, developed a formal PMO structure, and implemented key internal initiatives.

Additionally, Andy had a significant tenure at Capita Employee Solutions starting in 2010. From May 2015 to February 2019, they worked as a Project Manager, leading various projects including new business implementations, service enhancements, and software development. Andy also played a crucial role in internal transition, regulatory, and business change initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as an Implementation Analyst from April 2012 to May 2015 and as a Pension Administrator from September 2010 to April 2012.

Throughout their career, Andy consistently demonstrated strong management and governance skills, applied PRINCE2 Project Management methodology, and delivered projects successfully.

Andy Jakubowski completed their education at several institutions. Andy attended Manchester Grammar School from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Following that, they studied at Stockport Grammar School from 2003 to 2005, completing their A Levels. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and Mathematics at The University of Sheffield.

Additionally, Andy Jakubowski obtained two certifications. In June 2016, they received their Prince 2 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in July 2023, they became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from The Knowledge Academy.
