Laura Doherty

Laura Doherty has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Laura started their career in 2006 as an Executive Assistant at Elm Building Services ltd, where they worked until 2010. Laura then joined Styles&Wood Group PLC as a Resource Co-ordinator for three years before transitioning into the role of HR Adviser, which they held from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Laura joined adidas, where they held multiple roles over six years. Laura started as an HR Adviser - Retail and then became a Talent & Learning Adviser. Finally, they served as a Talent Partner - L&D before leaving in 2021.

After leaving adidas, Laura joined Amplifon as a Talent Services Lead for one year. Laura then moved on to Wienerberger UK in 2022, where they worked as a Talent Partner. Laura'sresponsibilities included managing and developing the resourcing team and supporting the OD Manager in delivering the L&D strategy.

Currently, Laura is working as a Talent & Development Partner at Together - loans, mortgages & finance.

Laura Doherty attended Trafford College from 2012 to 2013, however, no specific degree or field of study is provided. Laura also attended Xaverian Sixth Form College, although the duration of their enrollment is unknown. Additionally, Laura has obtained two certifications, "Giving and Receiving Feedback" and "Coaching and Developing Employees," from LinkedIn in September 2018 and August 2018, respectively.
