Leanne Howarth is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head of Litigation and Senior Legal Counsel at Together since February 2021. With a focus on litigation and both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters within the financial services sector, Leanne has a proven track record in handling disputes related to retail, commercial, and investment banking, as well as consumer credit matters and security enforcement. Prior to this role, Leanne held various legal positions, including Principal Legal Manager at Eversheds Sutherland from May 2016 to February 2021 and a series of legal roles at Eversheds, Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors, Alexander Dorrington Law, Westpac New Zealand Limited, DLA Phillips Fox, Simpson Grierson, and O'Sullivan Clemens dating back to the late 1990s.
