Mark Wood has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Mark started their career in 1999 at Marks and Spencer Money, where they worked as a Business Analyst, managing both major business projects and smaller management information projects. In 2007, they joined Aviva Life Insurance as a Business Analyst, before moving on to Lloyds Banking Group in 2010, where they held the role of Business Analyst and later Senior Business Analyst. At Lloyds, they contributed to the largest mortgage integration program in Europe and facilitated workshops to elicit requirements and implement functional changes.
In 2013, Mark worked at Capita as a Business Analyst, before returning to Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Business Analyst. Mark then joined Co-op Bank in 2015 as a Business Analyst, where they worked on the branch transformation program and implemented self-service deposit devices in branch networks.
In 2016, Mark joined Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Business Analyst, involved in the Williams and Glyn divestment program and ensuring the operability of Core Operations functions in the new bank. Mark later joined Lloyds Banking Group again as a Senior Business Analyst.
Most recently, in 2019, Mark worked at RBS International as a Business Analyst, supporting HR Business Partners in reorganizing their corporate business areas and working on the Trustee Depository Services Target Operating Model. Mark is currently employed at Together - loans, mortgages & finance as a Senior Product Owner.
Mark Wood attended The Kingsway School, Cheadle from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they focused on studying Secondary Education Curriculum.
