Vicky Saaiman ACMA, CGMA has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999. Their most recent position, since February 2022, is Director of Finance and Operations at Together - loans, mortgages & finance. Prior to this, they worked at Virgin Care from June 2019 to February 2022 as Director of Group Finance & Procurement, where they led the establishment of a finance Shared Service Centre and implemented financial controls and compliance reporting.

Before Virgin Care, Vicky held the role of Head of Finance and Accounting at Manchester Airport from April 2018 to June 2019. Vicky successfully delivered a transformation program and developed a stabilization plan to improve operational efficiency.

From 2016 to 2018, Vicky served as the EMEA Head of SSC at MWH, now part of Stantec. In this role, they were responsible for the monthly close process, SOX compliance, and production of statutory consolidated financial statements for multiple UK and international entities.

Prior to these roles, Vicky worked as a Finance Transformation Consultant for various companies from April 2010 to May 2016. Vicky also took a maternity leave from August 2008 to March 2010.

Earlier in their career, Vicky held positions as UK SSC Finance & Accounting Controller at McInerney Homes from October 2006 to August 2008, Interim Finance Manager at ColorMatrix Group from April 2006 to September 2006, and Group Financial Controller at Fenchurch Environmental Group Ltd from September 2001 to November 2005. In their role at Fenchurch, they were the project lead for setting up a new manufacturing facility in China and handled finance arrangements there. Vicky initially joined Fenchurch as a Group Accountant from January 1999 to August 2001.

Vicky Saaiman ACMA, CGMA began their education at BPP Professional Education, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. During this time, they achieved a degree in AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians). Subsequently, they continued their education at BPP Professional Education from 2000 to 2004, studying CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
