Will Bradley

Will Bradley has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Will is currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Together - loans, mortgages & finance, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources Business Partner from June 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Together, Will worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Together from May 2018 to December 2020. Will was responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle and executing strategies to increase direct sourcing. Will also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Together from August 2016 to May 2018, where they managed recruitment across various disciplines and seniority levels while collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders.

Before their tenure at Together, Will served as a Recruitment Partner at Hays, working on-site at AstraZeneca. Will managed end-to-end IT contract recruitment and maintained relationships with stakeholders. This role lasted from August 2015 to August 2016.

Will has also held various interim recruitment consultant roles at companies such as MAX Solutions, FREECHOICE AUSTRALIA, and Gebr. Heinemann.

Earlier in their career, Will worked as an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor at Westpac Group, an Interim Resourcing Officer at Four Seasons Health Care, and a Delivery Consultant at rethink. Will began their career as a Trainee Project Manager at Zefyr Group, where they served for six years from November 2007 to August 2013.

Will Bradley attended the University of Worcester from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
