Rachel Burgess

Rachel Burgess has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, holding various leadership roles at uMed from October 2022 to July 2024, including Director of People and Culture, Head of People and Culture, and People and Culture Lead. Prior to uMed, Rachel served as People Manager at Zencargo from September 2020 to October 2022 and as Culture and Engagement Manager at ADRA Business Services Ltd from February 2020 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as People Operations Manager and Vendor Management Specialist at Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group from September 2015 to January 2020. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University and completed 3 A-Levels in Business Studies, Psychology, and Religious Studies at The Kings School Macclesfield.
