Penny Robinson is the Head of HR at Together Trust, where Penny leads the HR team in developing and implementing strategies to support the organization's goals. Prior to their current role, Penny worked as a Reward Partner at Boots UK, leading projects such as Gender Pay and Recognition initiatives. With a background in HR consultancy and management, Penny has a wealth of experience in implementing reward solutions and leading change initiatives within various organizations. Penny holds a degree in Management Science from UMIST.
Together Trust
We are Together Trust. We value and support people with disabilities, complex needs and autism across North West England. We provide residential care, community support and special education to individuals and their families. This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical and learning disabilities, complex health needs and autism spectrum conditions. We also provide support services to families and run a not-for-profit fostering agency. Why work for us?
