We are Together Trust. We value and support people with disabilities, complex needs and autism across North West England.

We provide residential care, community support and special education to individuals and their families. This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical and learning disabilities, complex health needs and autism spectrum conditions. We also provide support services to families and run a not-for-profit fostering agency.

The Education and Mediation team at Together Trust supports individuals with disabilities, complex needs, and autism by providing specialized educational services, managing SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) mediation, and facilitating inclusive learning environments. They coordinate exams and attendance, offer mediation and information services, and ensure that each person’s educational journey is tailored to their unique requirements, breaking down barriers to facilitate personal growth and learning.
