Vicki Condon AM is a highly experienced leader in youth wellbeing and mentoring in Australia. As the Founder, CEO, and Executive Director of Raise Foundation since November 2008, Vicki has significantly influenced youth wellbeing by developing mentoring programs to support young people in areas such as help-seeking skills and resilience. In addition, Vicki serves as a Non-Executive Director for Together4Youth, an innovative collaboration aimed at enhancing social and emotional learning for high school students. Vicki's earlier roles include teaching outreach programs at TAFE NSW, directing the Sister2sister mentoring program for disadvantaged girls at Life Changing Experiences Foundation Ltd, and managing a retail store for teenage girls at Sista Life. Vicki's educational credentials include a BA from UNSW, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling focused on adolescence, and various professional development courses in company direction and youth mental health.

Together4Youth is a collective that unites to amplify the voice of all young people and effectively supports them through education into thriving futures. T4Y empowers young people to develop skills and leverage support according to their individual needs. Our vision is that young people are thriving and able to lead purposeful lives into adulthood. We are a collaboration of NFP organisations who have come together to support young people with social and emotional learning, education engagement and employment skills throughout their high school years and into a thriving adulthood. T4Y works with high schools across Australia to provide them with one point of contact for a lifecycle of support for their students right throughout their secondary education.
