Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at TogetherWell, Stephanie is dedicated to enhancing community well-being by making essential information and support accessible. As the founder of Propel+Flourish, a marketing consulting firm, Stephanie drives ROI through effective audience communication. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Marketing Manager at Balsam Brands, where Stephanie managed a $10M budget and led a global marketing team, as well as various positions at The Home Depot and Home Decorators Collection, focusing on integrated marketing strategies and affiliate management. Stephanie holds a BS in Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA with an emphasis in International Business from Webster University, complemented by RYT 200 training.
