Jeff Bender

Jeff Bender has over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles within the technology and support industry. Jeff is currently the VP of Association Success & Support at Togetherwork. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the success, support, operations, and billing departments for the Association Business Unit. Prior to joining Togetherwork, Jeff held executive positions at Fonteva, where they served as the VP of Global Customer Success and Support and the Sr Director of Global Services. Before that, they worked at Amwell as the Director of Managed Services and Support, where they built and led a profitable 24/7 support team. Jeff also has experience as a Manager of Training and Support at Opower and as a Technical Support Manager at BroadSoft. Jeff started their career at Kajeet as a Senior Network Operations Engineer and worked as a Quality Assurance and Support Lead at Excelacom. Throughout their career, Jeff has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional customer support, and drive business outcomes.

Jeff Bender earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Radford University, graduating in 2005.
