Madeline McDonald

Madeline McDonald has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Madeline is currently working as a UX/UI Design Lead at Togetherwork, where they utilize the Salesforce Platform to create declarative UX designs for Fonteva. Madeline also develops clickable prototypes in Figma and conducts interviews with subject matter experts to inform the design process.

Before joining Togetherwork, Madeline served as a Technical Writer at Fonteva from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, they worked daily on the Salesforce platform and updated documentation to reflect the Salesforce Lightning Experience. Madeline also introduced storytelling techniques to improve information retention and enhance the user experience.

In addition, Madeline has worked as a Freelance Writer at MMMWriting, where they designed visual lighting assembly instructions using Adobe InDesign and created clear and concise layouts for resumes and cover letters. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Writer II at Ntrepid Corporation from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they utilized Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create appealing documentation layouts and workflows. Madeline also incorporated .gifs to enhance the user experience.

Madeline's work experience also includes a role as a Lifeguard at the University of Mary Washington from 2011 to 2012.

Madeline McDonald graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in English, with a focus on Creative Writing. Prior to that, they attended Stone Bridge High School from 2005 to 2009.
