Tola Aderiye Begbaaji has a strong background in customer operations and shared services. From 2020 to present, Tola worked at Togetherwork as the SVP of Customer Operations, overseeing support, onboarding, and professional services teams for multiple product lines. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2019, Tola held various roles at Aptean, including Senior Manager of Portfolio Operations and Director of Professional Services and Support. Additionally, Tola worked at UKG as a Practice Manager from 2019 to 2020 and at Consona/Aptean as a Knowledge Program Manager and Customer Support Manager from 2000 to 2012. Tola's earliest work experience was at ManpowerGroup, where they served as a Support Center Manager from 1995 to 1999.

Tola Aderiye Begbaaji completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, from the years 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, Tola Aderiye Begbaaji attended Obafemi Awolowo University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Tola Aderiye Begbaaji has obtained various certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in the year 2020, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in the years 2017 and 2016 respectively, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Consona Corporation in 2012. They also hold a KCS v6 Practices Certification from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS, in the year 2017.
