Arba Sasmoyo

Arba Sasmoyo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Software Developer at Universitas Sebelas Maret. In this role, they designed and implemented Single Sign On and Internet connection authentication systems for the university's students and staff.

In 2016, Arba joined qiscus as a Backend Developer and DevOps, leading the backend and infrastructure work for reworking the Messaging API. Arba designed and implemented the entire infrastructure using Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

In 2017, they worked as a Backend Developer at Toggl Track for a brief period.

Arba returned to Toggl in 2018 as a Backend Developer and later transitioned to the role of Site Reliability Engineer. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, they managed the infrastructure and optimized the PostgreSQL cluster for over 400,000 daily active users. Arba automated most of the tasks using in-house provisioning tools based on Bash, Ruby, and Terraform.

Arba Sasmoyo obtained their Bachelor of Computer degree in Computer Science from Universitas Sebelas Maret, from 2011 to 2016. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Arba Sasmoyo earned several certifications including Cloud Hero Classic: Earth from Qwiklabs in April 2019, MTA: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals - Certified 2016 from Microsoft in November 2016, Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in May 2016, and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in November 2015.
