Aya ELK.

Aya E. has work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people development. Aya'smost recent position was as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toggl, which they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Specialist at HugoDécrypte, where they successfully implemented a new HRIS system and streamlined data tracking and reporting. Before their role at HugoDécrypte, Aya E. held a position in HR at Double starting in May 2021.

Aya E. has a Master's degree in International HR Business from the University of Essex. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Uludag University. Aya E. has also completed additional certifications, including a "Certificat en Recrutement et Sourcing" from EDR in March 2022, "An Introduction to Negotiations" from Yale University in June 2020, and an IELTS score of 8.5/9, obtained from the British Council in June 2015.
