Craig Lancaster has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2022. Craig began their career as a Machinist at Roush Yates Racing Engines, where they disassembled engines, operated manual mills and lathes, and used Sunnen hones to alter and create parts. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Pricing Analyst at Roush Yates Performance Products before joining MAHLE Motorsports as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

In 2018, Craig took on multiple roles simultaneously. Craig co-founded White Blaze Productions, a marketing company, and also served as a Co-Managing Partner at White Blaze Marketing. At White Blaze Marketing, they planned strategically with SMB partners, utilized outbound marketing and prospecting tools, and provided ongoing account management to clients.

Craig's involvement in the community includes being a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation since 2018. More recently, they became a Member of RevGenius in 2022. Additionally, Craig started working as a Sales Development Representative at Toggl in August 2022.
