The Company has three business segments. The Seafood Wholesale segment is involved in the wholesale of seafood. The Refrigerated Warehouse and Related segment is engaged in the refrigerated warehousing business, as well as the manufacture and processing of seafood. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of real estate properties and the establishment of wholesale markets.
