Tim Xie

Tim Xie currently serves as Global Business Development at TOJOY Holding Group, focusing on empowering portfolio companies for global expansion since September 2025. Previously, Tim Xie was the Business Director and a founding member of ApplyBoard China from 2016 to August 2025, where responsibilities included establishing the China branch, leading strategic fundraising, and integrating resources for cross-border capital cooperation. Prior to this, Tim Xie worked as an Investment Associate at FoundersX Ventures from 2014 to 2016, sourcing and evaluating North American startups and facilitating cross-border resource connections. Tim Xie holds an MBA from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business from the University of Minnesota.
