Irena Levkov Milshtein has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Irena began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Municipality of Jerusalem, where they were responsible for community, welfare, culture, business development and economic and technological development. In 2017, they moved to the Israeli Peace NGO Forum as the Director of Operations. In 2018, they were a Professional Fellow at the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators and a Parliamentary Advisor at the Knesset, where they were in charge of legislation drafting, maintaining regular contact with Knesset officials, overseeing new bills, parliamentary activities and leading the Transparency Committee. In 2020, they became the General Manager at Klika Lod_כלכי לוד, and in 2021 they were appointed Project Manager at Toka.
Irena Levkov Milshtein attended Bar-Ilan University from 2020 to 2022 and earned an Executive MBA. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yeezreel between 2012 and 2015.
