Jane Shannon

Jane Shannon is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and people development, currently serving as the Director of People & Engagement at Tokamak Energy since May 2022. Prior roles include Human Resources Director and Chief of Staff at Corndel, where Jane focused on vocational training and development. Jane held significant roles at G4S, including Head of UK&Ireland Learning & People Development, and previously led learning and development initiatives at HMCTS and HMCS. Jane's career originated in the criminal justice sector, serving as a Prison Governor and Officer, with foundational experience as a Registered Midwife. Educational qualifications include a degree in midwifery from the University of Winchester, complemented by studies at the Royal United Hospital of Bath and Peter Symonds College.
