Bilgen Gülşen Deliormanlı

Bilgen Gülşen Deliormanlı has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bilgen Gülşen currently holds the position of Chief Design Officer at Token Financial Technologies since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Arçelik Global for 17 years, where they held various roles. From January 2017 to June 2021, they served as the Program Leader for Digital Healthcare Innovation, where they focused on developing concepts and services related to telehealth using wearable devices and biosensors. Before that, from October 2014 to January 2017, they worked as a Senior Business Designer in the Innovation team, leading the design and development of connected products, services, and digital platforms. Bilgen Gülşen also held roles as a Senior Product Designer (July 2009 to October 2014) and Product Designer (April 2004 to July 2009) at Arçelik Global.

In addition to their work at Arçelik Global, Bilgen also has prior experience with Kilit Tasi Design as a Product Designer in 2004. Bilgen Gülşen started their career as a Product Design Intern at NURUS in August 2002 and later worked as a Product Design Intern at Arcelik in July 2001.

Bilgen Gülşen Deliormanlı completed their education at Middle East Technical University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. Prior to that, they attended Bursa Anatolian High School from 1992 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org in February 2020, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey in December 2019, and a Business Strategy, Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in July 2019.
